You agree that Devicinemas and the Service Provider may cancel your registration as a member and/ or refuse you access to this web-site at any time in its sole discretion.

Rules, Terms & Conditions for online booking of Tickets

1. Rights of Admission Reserved.
2. Right to provide alternate seats reserved.
3. Tickets once purchased cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
4. It is compulsory to present your credit card and booking confirmation (SMS/computer print out) at the Devicinemas Box office when collecting your ticket.
5. This transaction is being carried out over a secure payment gateway.
6. Tickets should be purchased for children above 2 years.
7. Tickets purchased online for a particular multiplex are valid for that multiplex only.
8. It is obligatory to carry proof of age for ‘A’ certified films.
9. Persons under the age of 18 years cannot be admitted for films certified ‘A’.
10. Outside eatables are not allowed inside the Cineplex.
11. Patrons under the influence of alcohol and drugs will not be permitted inside the Cineplex.
12. Smoking and chewing of Paan Masala are strictly prohibited inside the Cineplex and by Law.
13. Baggages, Sharp objects and other suspicious objects will not be allowed inside the Cineplex
14. All Ticket holders are required to abide by the conditions laid down by the Devicinemas management and Statutory Authorities.

YOUR PROVISION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TO Devicinemas

GENERAL INFORMATION

Every dispute concerning the interpretation or effect of this Agreement and/or your use of the Site must be resolved in the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai. The failure of Devicinemas to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then you agree with us that the court should endeavor to give effect to the intentions as reflected in these Terms, and all the provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and Devicinemas regarding your use of the Devicinemas Website and Services provided, whether on line or offline). Devicinemas reserves the right to change any information on the Devicinemas Website including but not limited to revising and/or deleting Services, features Content, or other information without any prior notice to you.
